Postgraduate programs

The PhD is a research training programme lasting at least three academic years, enabling students to acquire the skills needed to carry out high-level research. It also represents an essential step towards pursuing a professional career in academia.

The PhD in Translational Medicine, offered by the Department, aims to train researchers who study the molecular mechanisms and physiological and biochemical processes underlying diseases, with the goal of translating them into clinical and diagnostic applications. This aim is fully aligned with DiMIT’s vision and research activity, which are based on the use of advanced technologies and interdisciplinary approaches.

Further information is available on the PhD Programme in Experimental and Translational Medicine page.
