The professional Bachelor’s Degree Programme in Digital Techniques for the Environment and Constructions (TeDAC) belongs to class L-P01 – Technical Professions for Construction and Territory and qualifies graduates for the profession of licensed surveyor (“Geometra laureato”), in accordance with Ministerial Decree (DM) 446/2020 and Interministerial Decree (DI) 682/2023. The final degree examination is equivalent to the State Examination, allowing direct enrolment in the Professional Board of Surveyors and Graduate Surveyors.
The programme trains qualified technicians with advanced digital skills, capable of operating in the fields of construction, land management, and environmental protection, in line with labour market needs and technological innovation. It prepares graduates for the role of “Geometra laureato”, a versatile professional able to work in both public and private construction sectors, in civil and rural infrastructure, land management, and environmental protection.
The educational pathway combines theoretical foundations with a strong practical component through lectures, laboratories, practical exercises, seminars, and a professional internship to be carried out in technical firms, companies, and public or private institutions.
The programme is structured over three years: the first two are devoted to foundational and core subjects, complemented by laboratory activities; the third year is dedicated to a practical, assessed internship.
Graduates in TeDAC can find employment in both the public and private sectors, working as freelancers, technical staff, or consultants. They contribute to the design, management, and maintenance of infrastructures and territorial systems, also in the context of ecological transition and digital transformation. They will also acquire the theoretical foundations to undertake activities in civil mediation and dispute resolution.
Admission to the programme is locally regulated with a limited number of places (50 positions available for the academic year 2026/2027). Application procedures and deadlines are specified in the admission call.
Unlike other three-year Bachelor’s programmes, this course is designed as a direct pathway into the labour market and does not primarily envisage progression to a Master’s degree.
Admission to the Bachelor's Degree Programme is subject to local enrollment limits, with 50 places available for the 2026/2027 academic year. In accordance with current regulations, applicants must hold a secondary school diploma or an equivalent qualification obtained abroad and recognized as suitable for admission.
However, students wishing to enroll are required to take a preparation assessment test (mandatory but non-selective).
The required test is the TOLC-LP, administered by CISIA (Consorzio Interuniversitario Sistemi Integrati per l’Accesso). The test is designed to assess the knowledge required for admission to the professionally oriented Bachelor's Degree Programme in Digital Techniques for the Environment and Constructions (TeDAC). The TOLC-LP can be taken remotely through the TOLC@CASA format, by selecting one of the test dates offered by any of the institutions that have adopted this assessment procedure.

The AiQUA Committee (listed in the Annual Programme Catalogue (SUA-CdS) as the Quality Assurance Management Group) is composed of the Degree Programme Coordinator, one or more members of the academic staff of the programme, one or more student representatives, and a Quality Assurance Academic Manager. The Committee is responsible for managing the degree programme’s quality assurance processes and plays a central role in its self-assessment and periodic review activities. It supports the Degree Programme Coordinator in the preparation of the Annual Programme Catalogue (SUA-CdS) and other key documents related to the programme’s quality assurance system.
This is a committee established at Department level, composed of an equal number of faculty members and students representing the degree programmes managed by the teaching structure. It serves as a permanent internal observatory within the Department on teaching activities, focusing mainly on monitoring the degree of achievement of teaching objectives, also based on constructive dialogue with students, both to collect their feedback and to promote a culture of quality. The Annual Report of the CPDS represents a synthesis of the analytical activities carried out during the year and includes improvement proposals addressed to the degree programmes.
