The Communication Plan is the tool for setting out communication objectives and actions in line with governance strategies.

The document implements Law 150/2000 and serves as the strategic coordination tool for institutional communication.

From 2024 onwards, the University’s communication strategies have been permanently integrated into the 2024–2030 Strategic Plan, assuming a central and cross-cutting role in relation to institutional objectives. Communication is no longer viewed as a secondary function, but as a strategic lever for strengthening the University’s identity, reputation and appeal. In this context, the six-year communication strategies define a long-term vision consistent with the governance framework and fully integrated into the University’s Strategic Plan.

From 2026 onwards, this approach will be implemented through the definition of annual communication plans, geared towards achieving specific and measurable objectives.

Adopting a flexible and adaptable communication strategy – one capable of showcasing educational innovation, economic, environmental and social sustainability, the quality of research, and the cultural commitment to the development of people and knowledge – means crafting an authentic and coherent narrative that strengthens the institution’s identity and reputation. This strategy aims to foster a sense of belonging among its stakeholders – students, lecturers, researchers and the wider community – by encouraging engagement and active participation.

At the same time, it seeks to make the organisation attractive to new stakeholders, partners and resources, fostering lasting and synergistic relationships.

Our communication seeks to be an expression of responsibility and transparency, demonstrating our commitment to society and our ability to respond to the growing demand for public accountability.

Furthermore, it aims to foster a process of internal reflection that generates awareness and encourages continuous improvement.
