Are you looking for a company to do your internship?
Register on the AlmaLaurea portal > Access the Student Secretariat Web Services and select ‘Internships and work placements’.
Check out the offers on the notice board
- Via the web: log in to the AlmaLaurea portal and select ‘Job/internship offers’ in your control panel;
- Via the Insubria app: in the drop-down menu under ‘Links’, select ‘Internship and job notice board’.
Evaluate the internship offers available on the portal and apply, leaving your email address @studenti.uninsubria.it as a reference.
Have you already found a company to do your internship with?
Once you have reached an agreement with the company, it will need to follow the internship activation procedure, which involves the following steps:
- Signing of the agreement with the university (if not already agreed);
- Drafting of the training project.
For further information:
During your internship, you will be required to fill in the attendance register.
You will find the file at the bottom of the page - Attachments section
At the end of the internship period, you will need to:
- Have the attendance register signed by your company tutor;
- Write the final internship report, using the template, which you will need to have signed by your company tutor and then by your university tutor (who will be assigned to you when the training project is activated);
- Fill in the final internship evaluation questionnaire on the AlmaLaurea portal and have your company tutor fill it in as well.
The host organisation/company may:
- Extend the internship beyond the term set out in the training project (up to a maximum of 12 months);
- Temporarily suspend the internship;
- End the internship early (e.g. upon completion of the required number of hours).
The request must be submitted via the Placement Platform within one week of the scheduled end date.
