At the Ufficio Gestione contratti di servizio (Service Contract Management Office) in Via Ravasi 2, Varese, degree certificates are available up to and including the year 2022 and doctoral certificates up to and including the XXXIII cycle
For degrees awarded in subsequent years, please contact the InfoStudenti Service (Student Information Service).

Certificates can be collected from the University counter or sent by post. 
Before starting the request procedure, you must verify that the qualification is actually available by contacting the office at the email address sglvarese@uninsubria.it.

You can collect your diploma from the counter of the Gestione contratti di servizio (Service Contract Management Office; via Ravasi 2) during the following hours:

  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

To collect your certificate, you must bring a photocopy of a valid identity document. 
Only for diplomas obtained up to and including 31 July 2014, you will also need one €16.00 revenue stamp. After that date, the tax is paid virtually.

If you wish to collect your diploma from the Como office, please notify us by email at sglvarese@uninsubria.it. The Como office is located at Via Valleggio 11 and has the same opening hours as above.

If the certificate is to be collected by someone other than the holder, the following are required:

  1. written authorisation
  2. photocopies of a valid identity document of the authorising person and the authorised person.

If you wish to receive your degree certificate by post, you must send the following to the Gestione contratti di servizio (Service Contract Management Office; sglvarese@uninsubria.it or sgl.como@uninsubria.it):

  1. a signed statement releasing the University from any responsibility for the loss of the diploma, indicating the degree and the date on which it was obtained;
  2. a photocopy of a valid identity document;
  3. the address to which the diploma should be sent;
  4. the PagoPa payment receipt
    • for diplomas obtained up to and including 31 July 2014: of € 27,35 for reimbursement of postal expenses and application of the revenue stamp.
    • For diplomas obtained from 1 August 2014: of €11,35 for reimbursement of postal expenses.
