Since 2015, IRInSubria has been the interface for managing research outputs, with the aim of updating each academic’s LoginMIUR page.
To access the restricted area, where the research catalogue can be updated, users must log in via the top right-hand corner using the same credentials as their University email account. Academic staff and researchers are required to enter all of their publications, not only as metadata but also by uploading the full text.
Other members of the research community (PhD candidates, medical residents, and research fellows) may also upload the metadata and full texts of their works to the catalogue.
For advice and information on:
- entering and editing research outputs within the catalogue, please contact IRInSubria technical support;
- the policies under which, in compliance with copyright law, the documents uploaded as attachments are made available for consultation, please contact IRInSubria policy support.
All contact details are available on this page, under the “Contacts” section.
Since 2020, IRInSubria has hosted additional information relating to Research and Third Mission activities.
IRIS-RM is the module that allows the collection of information related to the scientific curriculum vitae of academic staff and researchers, as well as other information concerning human and infrastructural resources for research, incoming mobility, training activities, and Public Engagement.
In April 2020, following the activation of the RM module, the LoginMIUR CINECA website was closed for editing for first- and second-tier academic staff, permanent and fixed-term researchers in service at that time (but not for PhD candidates and research fellows): all curricular and scientific information required by academic staff and researchers to participate in ministerial calls and initiatives must be uploaded to IRInSubria, which will automatically transfer it to the LoginMIUR CINECA website.
After April 2020, first- and second-tier academic staff and permanent and fixed-term researchers employed by our University, in order to update their CV via IRInSubria, must access their personal page on LoginMIUR and give consent for this activity.
All useful information regarding the new module is available on the restricted page (accessible with University credentials).
The collection of data on incoming academic staff mobility at the University is of fundamental importance.
Completing a short questionnaire (prepared using MS Forms) and accessible via the link below will allow the undersigned Office to upload the data to IRInSubria.
