Candidates admitted to enrolment must:
- Enrol online at “Student Services Web Services” > ‘Enrolment’ and then select the type of enrolment that applies to their personal circumstances.
- Enter the required information and upload a passport photo and identity document (front and back – valid – clearly legible).
- Generate the PagoPA payment notice for the payment of the registration fee.
- Pay the registration fee using the PagoPA payment notice by making the payment online or at any bank branch.
Candidates with disabilities
Candidates with disabilities, with recognised disabilities under Law No. 104/1992 (Article 3, paragraph 1) with a disability equal to or greater than 66% who intend to apply for exemption from university fees and contributions by paying only the contribution of €16.00, are required to declare this condition during the online enrolment procedure and must upload the certificate from the Medical Commission for the assessment of civil disability, which shows the degree of disability and/or handicap.
Candidates requesting a shortened degree programme
Candidates who already hold an academic qualification or who have withdrawn or been disqualified, and who request a shortened course, must follow the same procedures indicated, choosing the specific type of enrolment application “Shortened career (second degree)”, “Withdrawn students” or “Disqualified students”. They must also upload the application for recognition of previous academic career, duly completed and signed by the candidate.
Transferring to Insubria from another university
Candidates already enrolled at another university who are transferring to Insubria must follow the same enrolment procedures, selecting the ‘Transfer in’ option. In this case, in addition to the completed and signed application for recognition of previous academic career , they must also upload the receipt of the transfer application submitted to their university of origin.
Course transfers
Candidates already enrolled in another course at this University who wish to transfer internally must (after renewing their enrolment for the 2025/2026 academic year on the previous course) log in at "Web Services - Student Services‘, click on the ’Course Transfer" menu item and enter the required data, within the deadlines indicated for enrolment.
The appropriate form – duly completed for the request for recognition of previous career for transfer (for information click here) – or crossed out with the indication ‘no recognition requested’.
At the end of the procedure, a transfer fee of €55.00 and a stamp duty of €16.00 will be charged, which the candidate must pay via PagoPA within the same deadline for enrolment, otherwise the place will be forfeited.
Candidates applying for enrolment in degree programmes with limited enrolment who are newly enrolled for the academic year 2025/2026 to another degree programme at this University, must only submit the internal transfer application and pay the stamp duty of €16.00 within the same deadlines for enrolment, otherwise they will forfeit their place (they are exempt from paying the internal transfer fee of €55.00).
Graduating students
Candidates graduating from another university must follow the same procedures, choosing the type of enrolment application “Abbreviation of career (second degree)” and paying pay the enrolment fee using the printed PagoPA payment notice (payable at all bank branches) by the deadline set for each stage of the ranking list.
Graduating students of this University who are unable to complete the procedure are requested to report this promptly via the INFOSTUDENTI system.
Qualifications obtained abroad
Foreign candidates and/or those with qualifications obtained abroad must follow the same procedures indicated above, also uploading the following documentation:
- original qualification or certified copy or substitute certificate valid for all legal purposes, translated and legalised or with CIMEA verification certificate (for access to the first level of university studies, 12 years of schooling are required and the qualification must allow access to university in the country where it was obtained)
- certificate attesting to the passing of academic aptitude tests, if required for admission to university in the respective countries of origin
- declaration of value issued by the Italian representation in the country of origin or CIMEA certificate of comparability or ARDI certificate of correspondence for countries that are signatories to the Lisbon Convention.
All files must be provided in .pdf format, preferably in .pdf/A.
The Student Secretariat reserves the right to request the delivery of original documentation or additional documentation to supplement the above if necessary for the purposes of proper assessment.
Final notes
Candidates who, at the time of enrolment, are graduating from this or another university are pre-enrolled “conditionally” and are required to pay the stamp duty and enrolment fee within the deadlines. Pre-enrolment serves as a place reservation and enrolment will only be finalised after the degree has been obtained.
Candidates who are graduating from this or another university must obtain their degree by the non-extendable deadline of 30 November 2025, otherwise their enrolment will be cancelled.
After obtaining their academic qualification, these candidates must send, via INFOSTUDENTI, a declaration certifying the attainment of their degree and any application for recognition of previous academic career, duly completed and signed by the candidate.
Starting in October, as soon as it is available, students will receive the Carta Ateneo Più.
Candidates must pay the electronic notice strictly within the set deadlines.
Candidates admitted to enrolment who do not complete the procedure by the set deadline will be automatically considered to have withdrawn and will lose any right to enrolment.
Results of the rolling admissions as of 28 October 2025:
RANKING CLOSED - Vacancies: 4 (to be made available for admission in subsequent years after the first academic year 2026/2027 - second year)

Candidates numbered 1 to 120, for Italian, EU and non-EU candidates residing in Italy, must complete their enrolment, course transfer or transfer by 22 September 2025 no later than 12:00 noon on 29 September 2025 and pay the enrolment fee of €156.00 by 29 September 2025.
Failure to pay this fee by the deadline will result in the definitive loss of the place.
Once any remaining places have been confirmed, the ranking list will be enforced starting from no. 121 for Italian, EU and non-EU candidates residing in Italy, and from no. 2 for non-EU candidates residing abroad, until all available places have been filled.
- FIRST ROUND
Candidates from no. 121 to no. 143 inclusive must complete their enrolment, course transfer or transfer between 6 October 2025 no later than 12:00 noon on 10 October 2025 and pay the enrolment fee of €156.00 by 10 October 2025.
Failure to pay this fee by the deadline indicated will result in the definitive forfeiture of the place.
- SECOND ROUND
Candidates numbered 144 to 149 inclusive must complete their enrolment, course transfer or transfer between 16 October 2025 no later than 12:00 noon on 20 October 2025 and pay the enrolment fee of €156.00 by 20 October 2025.
Failure to pay this fee by the specified deadline will result in the definitive forfeiture of the place.
- THIRD ROUND
Candidates numbered 150 to 152 inclusive must complete their enrolment, course transfer or transfer between 23 October 2025 no later than 12:00 noon on 27 October 2025 and pay the enrolment fee of €156.00 by 27 October 2025.
Failure to pay this fee by the deadline indicated will result in the definitive forfeiture of the place.
