Candidates for the Degree Examination must:
Within 45 days before the graduation session:
Submit the online Graduation Application (Domanda di Laurea).
NOTE: Students who have completed their final internship abroad (including Switzerland) must select the option "Experimental thesis with international mobility" when applying for the Graduation Exam.
Within 25 days before the graduation session:
Complete your academic career (all exams, including the internship, must be finished).
N.B. For the purposes of closing the academic career, the date on which the exam session (appello) takes place shall prevail, regardless of when the professor completes the official recording of the grade.
Within 15 days before the graduation session:
- Submit the final Degree Thesis using the online Thesis upload procedure.
Within 10 days before the graduation session:
Send both the Thesis and the Abstract, each complete with a title page and in PDF format, using your institutional email account to the following address: lauree.dbsv@uninsubria.it
The files must be named: Surname_Name_BBHI_Thesis and Surname_Name_BBHI_AbstractN.B. Confirmation emails for the receipt of documents will not be sent; students will be contacted by the Didactic Office exclusively in the event of anomalies in the documentation submitted or in case of missing documentation.
- The supervisor approves the Degree Thesis within 10 days before the start of the graduation session for which the student is officially registered. Failure to obtain approval will result in non-admission to the graduation session.
Should the student decide not to take the final Degree Examination in the session for which they have applied, they are required to formally withdraw by completing the relevant form (available in the ATTACHMENTS section) and submitting it to the Student Secretariat, via the Infostudenti service, within 10 days before the date of the session.
In such a case, it will be necessary to submit a new application for admission to the Degree Examination, following the required online procedure once again.
