Administrative Deadlines

Candidates must submit the following documentation by the deadlines set for each graduation session:

45 days before the graduation session:

  • Submit your online graduation application.

 

25 days before the graduation date:

  • Deadline for the completion of all exams, with the exception of the curricular internship and the final thesis assessment.

    Educational Activity: CURRICULAR TRAINEESHIP
    At least 25 days before the graduation date, students must register for the CURRICULAR TRAINEESHIP exam session via Esse3 and submit the Final Internship Report Declaration to the Internship Committee (email addresses: c.kilstrup-nielsen@uninsubria.it, erica.zamberletti@uninsubria.it) for grade registration.
    Please note: the exam session selected must take place before this deadline.

    Educational Activity: JOB ORIENTATION
    At least 25 days before the graduation date, students must register for the JOB ORIENTATION exam session via Esse3 in order to have the activity recorded.

Thesis Submission

15 days before the graduation session

  • Submit the final version of your thesis electronically through the online upload procedure (in italian).
  • The thesis will be reviewed and approved by the supervisor no later than 10 days before the scheduled graduation session to which the student is duly registered.
    Failure to obtain approval will result in exclusion from the graduation session.

 

10 days before the graduation session

  • The thesis and abstract, both in PDF format, must be sent via email from the student's institutional email address to the following address:

  • Both files must be named using the following format: surname_name_degree_program
  • Each file must also include the title page (cover sheet) used for the thesis.
Withdrawal of the Graduation Application

If a student decides not to take the final graduation exam during the session for which they submitted their application, they must formally withdraw their application by completing the appropriate form (available in the attachments section) and submitting it to the Student Office within 10 days before the graduation session via the Infostudenti service.

In this case, the student will need to submit a new application to be admitted to a future graduation exam, following the online procedure again.
