The Internal Quality Assurance Committee (AiQua) of the Degree Programme, referred to in the SUA-CdS as the “QA Management Group”, is the main actor in the self-assessment and review process of the degree programme. It plays a fundamental role in managing the processes for the internal quality assurance of each Degree Programme (CdS), through planning, implementation, monitoring and control activities.
The AIQUA Committee, composed of the Head of the Degree Programme, one or more lecturers from the Degree Programme, one or more students and a Teaching Quality Manager, meets periodically to manage the Quality Assurance processes in terms of implementation, monitoring and control, in compliance with the deadlines set by the Quality Committee, in accordance with ministerial provisions. It is responsible for monitoring the study programme and analysing the employment outcomes of graduates of the Degree Programme. The AiQua Committee examines the official documents of the CPDS and completes the RAD and SUA forms; it analyses and discusses students’ teaching evaluation questionnaires and proposes any corrective actions. The AiQua Committee assesses the implementation and subsequent effectiveness of the proposed measures.
The AiQUA Committee reports periodically to the Degree Programme Council (CCdS).
