On Friday 12 June 2026, the Master’s Degree Programme in Biomedical Sciences at the University of Insubria will open its doors to prospective students with an Open Day aimed at those wishing to pursue further studies in the field of biomedical sciences. The event will take place in Busto Arsizio, in Lecture Theatre A of the Molini Marzoli building, and will provide an opportunity to learn more about the programme, its research activities and the career prospects it offers.
The event will begin at 4.30 pm with a presentation of the Master’s Degree Programme in Biomedical Sciences by Professor Tiziana Rubino. It will also be possible to participate online via Microsoft Teams.
Following this, at 5.10 pm, the ‘Best Thesis Award 24/25’ ceremony, dedicated to the best theses from the programme, will be held in the gardens of Villa Manara. The day will continue from 5.20 pm with an informal drinks reception open to interested students, designed to encourage direct dialogue with students, lecturers and alumni of the programme.
During the event, attendees will have the opportunity to explore the content of the Master’s programme in greater depth, learn about laboratory opportunities, internships and international experience, as well as career prospects in the world of biomedical research and industry.
