Varese is preparing to host a three-day international conference on conditions affecting millions of women. From 28 to 30 May, the Una Hotel will host the 35th National Congress of the AIUG (Italian Association of Urogynaecology), chaired by Maurizio Serati, a professor at the University of Insubria and former president of the European Association of Urogynaecology (EUGA).

The event will bring together the leading national and international experts, researchers and surgeons, united by a common goal: to share clinical and therapeutic innovations to tackle conditions that have a profound impact on patients’ daily lives.

The topics at the heart of the three-day congress are of crucial importance for women’s wellbeing. Urogynaecological disorders are conditions often suffered in silence but are extremely widespread, capable of severely compromising the quality of life, relationships and social lives of millions of women in Italy and around the world.

During the congress, professionals in the field will have the opportunity to discuss complex clinical cases, analyse the latest scientific evidence and attend presentations delivered by the world’s leading authorities in the field.
