How can I access these services? What documentation do I need to submit?

All services can only be activated after the submission of documentation (certification of disability and/or learning disability) and the drafting of the individualized education plan.

Attention! The diagnosis must be up-to-date and valid (i.e., not expired) or in the process of being updated.

The Individualized Education Plan is a document that outlines the teaching and assessment methods that may be used to ensure your right to education: compensatory strategies, accommodations, and other services.

This document is agreed upon with you during a meeting with the Office for Inclusion and the Promotion of Psychological Well-being and will accompany you throughout your academic career.

The document is approved by the Program Council, so that all faculty members are informed of the specific accommodations you require.
