Ateneo Più Card – request for duplicate

To obtain a duplicate of the Ateneo Più Card, it is necessary to fill out the form and send it to scuola.dottorato@uninsubria.it.

The Ateneo Più Card will be sent to the address of residence/domicile provided during the registration process.

Please note:

• the first duplicate is free of charge;
• in the case of a subsequent duplicate beyond the first, the PhD Office will charge a fee of €10.00, payable within 5 working days via the PagoPA payment notice, which will be issued in the personal profile accessible through the Web Services page.
