Admitted candidates, to enroll in research doctorates, must use the procedure described in the online guide
At the end of the online procedure, the enrollment application and the electronic payment notice for the payment of the enrollment fee must be printed.
Admitted candidates must send the signed application and a copy of the payment of the registration fee by e-mail to scuola.dottorato@uninsubria.it to complete the enrollment application, within the mandatory deadlines set at the bottom of each ranking.
Please note that admitted candidates must submit (even after the enrollment deadline) the SS1 form, available on the Security Office page, to the Security Office.
PhD students with scholarships must send the registration form to the INPS Separate Management duly completed by e-mail to missioni.compensi@uninsubria.it
Candidates successfully placed in the ranking, who do not register by the deadline indicated in the ranking, will be considered as having withdrawn. The competent Offices will examine the ranking, giving formal communication to the interested parties (rescued candidates) by e-mail.
Undergraduates must send a self-certification of achievement of the qualification required for admission to research doctorates to scuola.dottorato@uninsubria.it no later than 04/11/2022, under penalty of forfeiture.
Foreign candidates must present, upon enrollment, the translated and legalized qualification or Diploma Supplement or CIMEA comparability certificate (via the link: https://cimea.diplo-me.eu/uninsubria/#/auth/register it is possible to register and access the CIMEA DIPLOME service, to obtain the issue of the above-mentioned Certificates with facilitated deadlines and a partial refund in the event of subsequent enrollment for the 2023/2024 academic year), the university refunds, only to candidates who win the admissions competition and actually enroll, the cost of the CIMEA declarations will be incurred. The University reserves the right to request the "local declaration of value" in any case in which there are doubts about the validity of the qualification." Those who are unable to obtain the required documentation in time will be admitted with reservations.
Foreign candidates will be able to anticipate the documents requested by email (scuola.dottorato@uninsubria.it) and deliver the originals when they are in possession of the entry visa.
Foreign candidates must submit the Degree diploma legally translated into Italian and legalized and the Declaration of value or Diploma Supplement upon matriculation. Candidates who cannot submit the documents in time are provisionally admitted.
All international applicants from non-EU countries must start the application process via Universitaly.
