Training of Technical and Administrative Staff

Every organisation that needs to deal with the changes taking place in our times must organise and implement processes of organisational, professional and cultural renewal. In this context, staff training plays a strategic role. The aim, in addition to improving operational process management skills, is to comply with regulatory requirements and improve the coordination of organisational units. For this reason, the University of Insubria designs, organises and manages training courses for technical and administrative staff, both to achieve the strategic objectives contained in the Performance Plan and to meet the training needs identified by the PTA training needs analysis or to develop staff involved in specific projects.
