Kickoff Insubria: an evening of music and entertainment at PalaInsubria on 23 October to celebrate the start of the new academic year

On Friday, 23 October, from 6 PM to midnight, PalaInsubria will host «Kickoff Insubria», an evening dedicated to socialising and entertainment to welcome the new academic year. The event is organised by Obiettivo Studenti in collaboration with CUS Insubria.

The event will provide an opportunity to get together, meet new people and enjoy an evening of music and entertainment. The programme includes live music and DJ sets throughout the evening, along with entertainment stands and food and drink stalls serving sandwiches, beer and gin and tonics.

Admission is free, but participants must be registered members of CUS Insubria and complete their registration for «Kickoff Insubria» through the University Sports Centre's online platform.

How to participate

Those who have already renewed their CUS Insubria membership after 1 September 2026 can log in to their personal online account and register directly for «Kickoff Insubria».

Those who are not yet members can visit the CUS Insubria Online Services platform, log in to their existing account or create a new one, and complete the required information until they receive their CUS Card number, which must be shown at the entrance to the event. Once membership registration is complete, participants must also register for «Kickoff Insubria».

The event is also open to people who are neither students nor employees of the University of Insubria. In this case, to obtain free membership, participants must select the membership category corresponding to their status, followed by «KICKOFF», for example «STUDENTE ALTRA UNIVERSITÀ KICKOFF» (student at another university) or «ESTERNO KICKOFF» (external participant).

Both CUS Insubria membership and event registration are completely free of charge.
