In-Congress: Insubria on the new frontiers of interventional radiology and endovascular therapy, second edition

On Friday 27 and Saturday 28 June, the Conference Centre of Ville Ponti in Varese will host the second edition of «In-Congress: New Frontiers in Interventional Radiology and Endovascular Therapy», an appointment that after the success of 2023 will be a reference point for the Italian and international medical-scientific community.

The initiative is curated by Professor Massimo Venturini, director of the complex structure of radiology at the Hospital di Circolo and the Ponte di Varese Hospital, as well as full professor at the University of Insubria, It involves the participation of leading scientific realities. In addition to the already known sponsorships of SIRM (Italian Society of Medical Radiology), SICVE (Italian Society of Vascular and Endovascular Surgery) and AINR (Italian Association of Neuroradiology), this year also adds the fundamental contribution of interventional cardiologists Gise, further expanding the interdisciplinary view of the event.

In-Congress is developed around key words that define its identity: Interventional, Insubria, Innovation, Interdisciplinary and International.

The themes of this edition range from new technologies to artificial intelligence, from hybrid operating theatres to life-saving procedures performed in emergencies, with the aim of promoting an updated, concrete and scientifically authoritative comparison.

There will also be a concluding session, entitled "New Frontiers of the Next Generation", where young professionals under 36 selected through innovative abstracts will present their work in class.

Finally, as already happened in 2023, the 2025 edition will also propose during the intervals between sessions recordings of interventional and endovascular procedures, accompanied by a musical background - ranging from rock to jazz.
