WHEN TO VOTE

Voting will take place exclusively online on the following dates and at the following times:

  • Wednesday 25 November 2026, from 9 am to 5 pm
  • Thursday 26 November 2026, from 9 am to 2 pm

No voting stations will be set up on University premises.

HOW TO VOTE

Students can vote using a computer, smartphone or tablet with an internet connection, logging in with their University online services credentials.

The link to the voting platform will be published on the University website and sent to students via their institutional email accounts.

Alternatively, students can access the voting system through Esse3 → Elezioni studentesche → Voto.

Once logged in, students can select an electoral list and, if they wish, cast preference votes for candidates, within the limits established for each University body. For elections of doctoral student representatives to Department Councils, votes will be cast directly for individual candidates.

To complete the procedure, students must confirm their vote.

WHO CAN VOTE

Students who are duly enrolled in Bachelor's, Master's and single-cycle Master's degree programmes are entitled to vote, including students enrolled in the open semester and students who have exceeded the standard duration of their degree programme, provided they meet the requirements set out in the decree calling the elections.

Duly enrolled doctoral students are also entitled to vote. Students enrolled in postgraduate specialisation programmes may vote only in elections for the Academic Senate, Board of Directors and University Evaluation Board, provided they meet the relevant eligibility requirements.

The lists of eligible voters will be available for consultation from 13 November, by appointment, which can be requested by emailing elezioni.studenti@uninsubria.it. Any errors or omissions can also be reported to the same address.
