Online and in-person help desk
The Student Offices manage a student’s academic career from enrolment through to the award of the degree. They can be contacted via telephone reception services, the Contact Centre and a by-appointment help desk that can be booked through the InfoStudenti platform.
- Remotely: an invitation for a virtual appointment will be sent to the institutional email address (for students) or to the personal email address (for other users). The appointment will take place on the Microsoft Teams* platform. By connecting on the booked day and time slot, users will receive assistance from a member of the Office staff.
- In person: at the user’s request or where there is a genuine need, an appointment may be arranged at the office during the scheduled time slots.

- Monday: 10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
- Tuesday: 10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
- Wednesday: 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
- Thursday: 10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
- Friday: 10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
