Withdrawal from studies

Withdrawal from studies

Before submitting your withdrawal request, it is necessary to regularize your administrative status in accordance with the provisions outlined for students who withdraw, as specified in the Regulations on Student Contributions

The withdrawal is irrevocable and is confirmed upon payment of the electronic fee slip for the stamp duty.

The request for withdrawal can be submitted at any time of the year.

The scholarship will be maintained until the date of the withdrawal.

The PhD student who intends to withdraw from their studies is required to submit a formal request through their personal area, following this procedure:

• Log in to the "Web Services - Student Office" portal;

 • After logging in, click on the "Withdrawal Application" section and follow the guided procedure;

 • Upon completing the procedure, proceed with the payment of the €16.00 stamp duty fee via the PagoPA payment notice, available in the "Payments" section of your profile.

The payment must be made within 15 days from the date of submitting the application.

Once the payment is received, the Office will process the application to verify the correctness of your administrative status.

An email notification will subsequently be sent to your institutional email address with the final outcome of the application.

Important: Before the application is processed (upon payment of the stamp duty fee), it can be canceled by clicking the "Cancel" button.

Once formalized, the withdrawal is irrevocable.

Please note that the stamp duty fee, if paid, will not be refunded, even in the event of application cancellation.
