Data di pubblicazione: 14 May 2026 Immagine notizia Immagine Paragrafo The University of Insubria welcomes Jalal Al-Farra, a young Palestinian who arrived in Italy on 12 May as part of a group of 59 students who were able to leave Gaza to continue their studies in Italy.The University, which had already joined the IUPALS (Italian Universities for Palestinian Students) project promoted by CRUI, the Conference of Rectors of Italian Universities, and the Ministry of University and Research, providing scholarships, accommodation, meals and tutoring, has continued its commitment to Palestinian students with this further initiative.Jalal Al-Farra, who will be studying Computer Science, joins Joulyana Chomali and Ali Alhaddad on the university campus in Varese.The academic community extends to him, as it did to the first two students, its best wishes for peace of mind and a bright future, in the hope that his university studies at our institution will be a time of learning, personal growth and the building of social relationships, finally far removed from the violence and suffering of war.
