Course description
The Master Course has two curricula:
- Economics and Business Law
- Finance, Markets and Financial Intermediaries.
The curriculum in Economics and Business Law aims at forming qualified specialists in the fields of business, finance, and law. In addition to a solid background in business and finance, graduates will acquire an in-depth knowledge of civil, commercial, tax and insolvency law and will be able to analyse and apply the rules governing each aspect of economic life.
The curriculum in Finance, Markets and Financial Intermediaries is characterized by a marked specialization in finance and in management of financial intermediaries. Young Master graduates will be skilled not only to carry out financial advisory in companies but also to work in financial intermediaries, as well as in research centers and supervisory bodies in the financial sector.
Lessons are held in Italian.
What you need to know
Students seeking for admission must have a bachelor’s degree final mark equal or higher than 85/110 in the classes: L-17 and L-18 (Economics and business management); L-19 (Administration) and L- 19 (Economics).
Students holding a bachelor’s degree from other classes and Italian or international students holding an international bachelor’s degree can ask for an evaluation of the previous career and may have to pass some specific additional courses before the enrolment. A Committee oversees this procedure.
Starting from the a.y. 2017-2018, Insubria graduates in Law (5 years course) specialization in “Economic and Business Path", can enrol directly to the second year of the Master's Degree Course in "Economics, Law and Business Finance" curriculum "Economics and Business Law".
If you are a EU National, you may stay in Italy for as long as you like: you only need a passport or ID card.
If you are a NON-EU National, you'll have to carry out some formalities.
