How to enroll at the PhD's competition

For admission to Phd of Università degli studi dell’Insubria, You will be able to register on the site on the following pages.

Who have already registered should follow the steps beginning on page 7 APPLICATION FORM.

Write fiscal code or click “Foreign student without fiscal code” and continue.

Write your personal data and click forward fiscal code is automatically calculated if not provided.

Write your permanent address and click "Forward".

Write delivery details and click "Forward".

You can define your personal access password on this page and click "Forward".

Registration summary. You can edit informations and then click "Confirm".

Registration completed. If you want submit the application for the participation to the competition click “Login”, or click "Exit".

If you want submit the application for the participation to the competition you must have the file pdf (for upload) of the Assessable qualifications provided by the Announcement of competition for admission to PhD courses The application must be accompanied by the following documents:

Diploma and transcript of records legalized and officially translated and by the Italian Diplomatic body (Embassy or Consulate) in the country where the title has been obtained;
“Dichiarazione di Valore in Loco” issued by the Italian Diplomatic body (Embassy or Consulate) in the country where the title has been obtained.

If the title has been attained in European universities it is possible to submit, as an alternative to the “Dichiarazione di Valore”, the diploma Supplement, legalized by the competent authorities.

Before entering the competition, you are reminded to prepare all files in pdf evaluable titles listed in the vacancy announcement for each PhD.

Select the competition you want to apply for; choose curriculum, if provided, and continue.

Choose a language for the competition or the course and continue.

Eventually you can request assistance for disability or continue.

To continue you must complete the entry of all the study titles or at least an optional block. The various options show titles that are mutually alternative. Click Foreign qualification > Enter.
