Payments

The PagoPA platform is the only payment tool with which to pay fees and university contributions.

The PagoPA payment notice will be made available and printable in the payment section of the Students Support Web Services personal page.

The payment confirmation is automatic. It will not be necessary to send the receipt to the university offices.

Payment receipts will have to be kept for the entire duration of the program.

It is the students’ responsibility to print payment notices and meet the fees’ payment deadlines.

Please remember that:

  • for tax deduction purposes, those who use a home banking system to pay the fees must nonetheless print the payment notice and receipt;
  • for some banking institutions you will have to use the following SIA code: AW2GY

Payment operations using the “Carta Ateneo Più” are not subject to the payment of banking commissions.

In order to access the final exam, PhD Students who have enrolled for the third year and have obtained the authorization from their Doctoral Program Committee must complete the following fulfillments.

POS:
Students may pay the fee with a credit card (American Express and Diner’s Club are not accepted) at the Students Services offices.

“Carta del docente”:
The University of Insubria allows all state schools’ tenured teachers to pay fees and university contributions to enroll in the University’s programs using the “Carta del Docente”. The annual amount available in the “carta del docente” is of 500.00 € for each academic year. The teacher will have to retrieve the voucher from the Ministry of Education, University and Research (MIUR) website at https://cartadeldocente.istruzione.it/ and produce it, together with a copy of an ID card, to the right to study Office for validation.
