The University provides you with a series of channels and contact persons to whom you can send requests for information, suggestions for improving the services provided to you, or reports of poor service if you encounter problems, difficulties, or feel that you are being treated inappropriately.
The service is reserved for students enrolled in specialisation schools at the School of Medicine.
First of all, you can contact the main contacts for your degree programme, listed on the relevant web page, for information.
If, after requesting information or contacting your main contacts (tutor, course coordinator/director and, for PhD programmes, the Director of the PhD School), you still have unresolved issues or wish to submit a complaint regarding teaching and its organisation (e.g. teaching courses, supplementary teaching, teaching support materials and tools, timetable and locations of lessons, lecturers' office hours, student-lecturer relations, etc.) or the student services you have used, please contact the Director of the Department of Science and High Technology - DiSAT, Prof. Umberto Piarulli, Responsible for managing student reports.
To send your report, write an e-mail from your University institutional e-mail address (@studenti.uninsubria.it). For security and identification reasons, only reports sent from that address will be accepted.
The dedicated e-mail address is: segnalazioni.disat@uninsubria.it. The person responsible for managing the mailbox is Prof. Simona Galli.
Please note. Any complaints regarding non-compliance must be accompanied by documentation (e.g., forwarding of emails sent to the offices, to which no response has been received).
You will receive an initial response within 7 working days, indicating the methods and response times required, consistent with any checks and investigations that may be necessary.
Finally, we would like to remind you that, at University level, there is a Confidential Adviser and a Single Guarantee Committee (CUG), which are responsible for collecting reports of incidents of discrimination, sexual harassment or bullying.
