In order to access the final exam, PhD Students who have enrolled for the third year and have obtained the authorization from their Doctoral Program Committee must complete the following fulfillments.

Fill in the questionnaire in the restricted area Students Support Web Services
Access the Students Students Support Web Services:
- Log in with your credentials.
- Click on ““Diploma attainment”.
- Complete all required fields, including selecting the session option and the subsequent steps: thesis details, Area and Sector, Supervisor and Co-supervisor (insertion of the co-supervisor is mandatory from the XXXVIII cycle onwards). Proceed until the generation of the payment for the fee via PagoPA.
- Provide to the online payment of 32.00 € (stamp duty), which, once paid, will allow the Office to activate the submitted admission application.

Viewing thesis revisions
It is possible to view the thesis revisions following the instructions in the guide.
The assessment provided by the evaluators may be:
1) Positive judgment. In this case, the thesis does not need to be re-uploaded in your Student Web Secretary area;
2) Minor Revision. The thesis must be re-uploaded with the corrections in your Student Web Secretary area using the Re-submit thesis button (available by clicking on “Home” and then on “Degree completion”), and it will not be sent back to the evaluators;
3) Major Revision. The thesis must be re-uploaded in your Student Web Secretary area using the Re-submit thesis button (available by clicking on “Home” and then on “Degree completion”), and the evaluators will provide a new judgment. The final version of the thesis must be uploaded only once to the platform.
Please remember that there are no binding parameters for the thesis layout. For indicative information, please contact your tutor.
The electronic filing of the Doctoral Thesis will take place automatically with the loading of your Thesis on the “Students Support Web Services” (see section "Online submission of the application for graduation by November 30th").
Please note that, for the proper electronic submission, it is mandatory to upload both the Italian and English abstracts when submitting your thesis. Additionally, the thesis must be uploaded exclusively in PDF/A 2b format.
