You can interact with the Academic Secretariat staff (Academic Quality Manager) through the virtual help desk.
How to request the service
Write to the INFOSTUDENTI service, stating that you need to contact the Teaching Quality Manager for your chosen degree programme in person:
- Bachelor's and Master's degree courses in Computer Science

How the service works
- Install the Microsoft Teams programme on your computer (available at this address), tablet or mobile phone.
- Alternatively, use the web access, which does not require the installation of any components (for browser compatibility, see this page)
- INFOSTUDENTI will forward your request to the Teaching Quality Manager, who will schedule an appointment for you to participate in the virtual help desk.
- At the scheduled time, use the link to the remote interview invitation sent to your registered email address and connect with us.
Headphones and a microphone are an added bonus to avoid echoes and background noise. You can use your mobile phone headphones (we do not recommend wireless headphones).
The interview can also be conducted by telephone by booking an appointment through INFOSTUDENTI.
