Verification is based on oral evidence based on questions related to the parts of the program, the final vote is expressed in thirty-eight and it takes into account the accuracy and quality of the answers and mastery in the use of terminology and medical-legal reasoning
The student must demonstrate to have acquired knowledge of the legal implications of welfare activities, as well as the help that the healthcare professional can provide to the administration of justice through consultations and expert opinions. He must know the different roles and the relative responsibilities of the other professional figures that are part of the health personnel; must know how to correctly apply the principles of moral reasoning and adopt the right decisions regarding the possible conflicts between ethical, legal and professional values that can be found in the professional activity. He must therefore know the legal requirements of the health professions, the crimes that oblige the doctor to present a report of crime to the judicial authority, the main laws concerning health and social security, as well as the terminology and medical legal reasoning.
