The course focuses on the study of binary pulsar and X. Relies primarily on reading original works and aims to bring students to read, although guided, the current literature on the topics mentioned above.

Discovery of pulsars. Measure of dispersion and distance of the pulsar. Brightness temperature of pulsar (Hewish et al. 1968) energy, energy loss of pulsar pulsar magnetic field. Alfvén's theorem. Deutsch (1954) the model of Goldreich and Julian (1969) the Sturrock (1971) binary Pulsars Hulse and Taylor (1975) double Pulsars (Burgay et al. 2003, Lyne et al. 2004). General relativistic effects in binary pulsar Astronomy X. The beginnings: Giacconi et al. 1962 the mission Uhuru. The discovery of the first black hole candidate Cyg X-1 the discovery of early pulser x: Cen X-3, Her X-1 Fundamentals of theory of accretion: Bondi Magnetic Field 1952 pulser x: radius of Accretion Disks Alfvén (Shakura and Sunyaev, 1973) "Almost Periodic Oscillations" in the X binary Gamma Ray bursts.
Lectures. Depending on events in the calendar, students are advised to follow seminars and/or conferences on relevant theme.

The course is based mainly on reading original work reported by the teacher and available on the network.
During the course, there are simple exercises to do at home. Oral examination on some of the topics covered in the course.
