legal medicine: Give to the student the bases for an responsible approach to legal problems concerning the medical profession
forensic psychiatry: give notions about imputability and situations witch may influence - legal capacity and factors that can decrease or cancel it
criminology: The doctor, obliged to work with justice, has to be able to recognize the different forms of abuse

Legal medicine: Concepts of penal and civil law - art. 32 Cost. -voluntary and obligatory treatments, informed consent - art. 5 c.c. -professional secret - crime notification- legal figures of medical professions – personal injuries- murder/suicide –medical records- medical notifications- medical prescription- clinically certificate - material/ideological forgery - omission of official acts - SSN- Law 104/92- civil disability -INAIL- mobbing- INPS- mothers and children protection (counseling; Law 40/2004- protection of working mothers- Law 194/78) – personal identification - judicial inspection - diagnosis of death- autopsy - livor- rigor-algor - injuries with cutting or fire weapons - asphyxia- professional liability (criminal/civil/disciplinary) – health damage- Addiction - Law 66/96- organ transplants
Forensic psychiatry: eligibility (factors declining / canceling) - ability to act (incapacitation, disqualification, support administrator, emancipation)
Criminology: Crimes that can be noticed in medical profession, especially those who are committed against the so called fragile subjects
