The course aims to deepen the value of the educational dimension of communication analysed in different life contexts. In particular, at the end of the course students will be able to know the epistemological foundations of communication pedagogy, outline the reference models for the management of effective communication within the contexts of life and work, understand the communication dynamics relating to conflict management and analyse the communication strategies used in digital media.

The course will focus on the presentation of topics based on a number of topical questions posed as case studies from which criteria and models of analysis and understanding will emerge. To this end, concept maps, graphic schemes, film sequences and short exercises will be used.
