Final Examination: 

Oral examination based on questions related to the programme. The student will be asked both generic and specific questions. The goal of the exam is to check the level of achievement of the previously stated educational objectives and to assess the knowledge level of the covered subjects.


- Understanding theory, techniques and didactics of some of the winter sports disciplines will be worth 30% of the final grade.
- Acquiring the necessary tools for an appropriate fitness training, related to the sport discipline in question, taking into account the subject age, will be worth 50% of the final grade.
- Understanding the importance of functional training will be worth 10% of the final grade.
- A mastery of the specific language and clarity of expression will be worth 10% of the final grade.

Understanding theory, technique and didactics of some of the winter sports disciplines.
Learning the necessary tools for an appropriate fitness training related to the sport discipline in question, taking into account the subject age.

The professor will provide PPT slides during the classes. PPT slides will also be available to download from the e-learning university website.

The course foresees 24 hours of frontal lessons through theoretical explanations, related to practical aspects, using videos, real examples and specific exercises in the classroom. (3 CFU). Classes are bolstered by the screening of PPT slides. Class absences cannot exceed an upper limit of 50%.
