with a dissertation in Roman law on: [‘Problems of authenticity,
the «Res Cottidianae» of Gaius’, I-II] ‘Problemi
di autenticità: le «Res Cottidianae» of Gaius’,
I-II (chairman, Prof. Ferdinando Bona).
1993: Lecturer and Assistant Professor in Roman Law (University
of Pavia, University of Parma, Catholic University of Milano and
Piacenza)
1997: Ph. D. in Late Roman Empire Law at University of Pavia with
a dissertation on: [‘The legislative relations between the
two partes Imperii’] ‘Sui rapporti legislative tra le
due partes Imperii’.
1999: Researcher in roman law at the School of Law at the University
