FORMATION
- 1996: Medical Degree (110/110 cum laude) at “Università degli Studi di Milano”
- 1996-2001: Residency program in Orthopedic and trauma surgery at “Dipartimento di Scienze Ortopediche e Traumatologiche della Facoltà di Medicina e Chirurgia dell'Università degli Studi dell’Insubria – Varese”
- 2001: Specialization degree in Orthopedic and trauma surgery (50/50 cum laude) at “Università degli Studi dell’Insubria”
- 2001 - Masters in Orthopedic and trauma surgery of SIOT

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- 1998: clinical-research fellow at RUSH Presbyterian St. Lukes Medical Center (Chicago, IL, U.S.A.)
- Since 2001: Assistant professor at “Dipartimento di Scienze Ortopediche e Traumatologiche della Facoltà di Medicina e Chirurgia dell'Università degli Studi dell’Insubria – Varese”
- Since 2001 Attending orthopedic and trauma surgeon at “Ospedale di Circolo e Fondazione Macchi” in Varese, where he is particularly involved in spine, joint and trauma surgery.
