Biography

Graduated cum laude from the University of Milan with a thesis on Employment Law concerning “The social role played by trade unions and their normative implementation”. Recipient of a research grant and Assistant professor at the University of Milan since 2001. Subsequent to becoming Associate professor and beginning in April 2001, she took on a teaching position at the University of Insubria School of Law, where she had been substitute professor of Employment Law and Trade Union Law since 1995. From May 2002 she has been a Full professor at the University of Insubria School of Law, teaching Basic and Advanced Employment Law.

Employment Law, Trade Union Law, Legal Historiography, History of Industrial Relations

She teaches Basic Employment Law for the three-year Degree in Legal Sciences, and of Advanced Employment Law for the two-year Law Degree.
