This is an International Project, in conjunction with the National Economics University, Hanoi Vietnam.

The purpose of this cooperative project is to develop a curriculum and enhance the capacity of the National Economics University in Hanoi for training key public servants at municipal levels in Public Institutions Management within the framework of the European Commission’s Asia-Link Program. 

It is based on the contract signed between the National Economics University Hanoi and the European Commission, concerning the project entitled: "Curriculum Development and Human Resource Development for Training Key Public Servants at the Municipal Level on Economic Management Under the Market - Oriented Economy of Vietnam".
