September 8, 1997: Ph.D. in Constitutional Law in the University of Bologna
July 21, 1992: degree in Political Science in the University of Genoa, with first class honors

Academic positions:
March 2000 to February 2005: Assistant Professor of Public Law in the School of Economics at the University of Insubria.
March 2005 to present: Associate Professor of Public Law in the School of Economics at the University of Insubria.

Scholarship:
January 2000 to October 2000: Scholarship at the LUISS University of Rome
July 1997 to June 1998: Scholarship at the CNR (Rome and Genoa)

 

Research interests

Current research projects:
Constitution, market and Independent Authorities. He especially emphasizes these topics: the Independent Authorities and Agencies in the European Community law and in the Members States of the European Union; the Independent Authorities and the regional organizations in Italy; the Independent Authorities and the Italian Constitution.

Relationships between Iitalian constitutional law and European Community law and the analysis of public environmental law. Especially he emphasizes these topics: the environmental law and the allocation of competence and jurisdiction between European Community, national government and regional and local political organizations; the regulation of the electromagnetic pollution; the sustainable development in the Members States’ Constitution and in the European Community law.
