MS in General dentistry in 1987, University of Pavia

MS in Orthodontics in 1996, University of Pavia

1994-1998 Visiting Professor, School of Dentistry, University of Pavia, Italy.

1998-1999 Visiting Professor, School of Dentistry, University of Insubria, Italy.

1999-2001 Assistant Professor, School of Dentistry, University of Insubria in Varese, Italy.

2001-2004 Associate Professor, School of Dentistry, University of Insubria, Italy.

2005 Full Professor, School of Dentistry, University of Insubria, Italy.
Author of one book, published over 100 scientific papers.

He has lectured internationally and he is a member of the following societies: SIDO, SIOI, SIOCMF.
 

Research interests

 Research topics are focused on microbiological aspects of periodontal diseases and associated cardiovascular disorders.
