The DBSV Peer Tutor Service provides support and assistance to students to help them integrate into university life and understand its processes, as well as promoting the development of a correct understanding of university study.
The peer tutor's task is to offer:
- explanations of administrative and bureaucratic procedures;
- logistical information;
- support for the use of e-learning/esse3/Microsoft Teams platforms;
- support in navigating the University website to find information and/or forms of interest;
- information on the services offered by the University and the relevant offices (careers advice, right to education, etc.).
