Spin Off

University Spin Off

Spin-offs are new entrepreneurial realities created by students, professors, researchers, post-docs, technical-administrative staff, who exploit the know-how and skills generated in the academic research context. The University supports the creation of ‘innovative start-ups’ as defined by the Italian Regulation DL 179/2012, art. 25, point 2 and 3.

The University recognizes ‘innovative start-ups’ as one of the most innovative tools for the technology transfer to the market.

To submit a start-up proposal, contact the Research and Innovation Office to organize a preliminary meeting. The business proposal and the evaluation phases foreseen by the university regulations will be discussed, according to the internal Regulation.
