Opening hours and appointment times for the public
In order to offer an efficient, punctual and increasingly personalised service, the student offices receive the public by appointment, which can take place either remotely or in person.
For both methods, appointments can be booked via the InfoStudenti platform (accessible from the university website homepage or at the link https://infostudente.uninsubria.it/start.php).
When booking, you can choose the day and time slot and specify the subject of your request, allowing the operator to anticipate possible solutions or prepare the necessary material for faster and more effective handling of your request.
RECEPTION METHODS
• Remote: an invitation for a virtual appointment will be sent to your institutional email address (for students) or personal email address (for users), to be carried out via the Microsoft Teams platform. By connecting on the booked day and time slot, you will receive assistance from an office operator.
• In person: at the user's request and/or in case of actual need, an appointment can be arranged at the office during the agreed time slots.

How the remote appointment service works
Install the Microsoft Teams programme on your PC (available at this address) on your tablet or mobile phone.
Alternatively, use the web access, which does not require the installation of any components.
Please note
The remote appointment allows you to take advantage of all the Office's services from home.
For this reason, you will not need to physically go to the counters in Como and Varese.
