This three-year degree course (180 ECTS) offers a wide choice of
subjects and features and a high degree of flexibility in defining
the course curriculum. The degree awarded is a bachelor of science
(BSc).
During the first year students cover foundation sciences. The curriculum then expands to include sciences of the
natural environment in an exhaustive and multidisciplinary approach.
It promotes tools and skills for the management of natural systems,
both in private companies and public agencies, as well as for
research and teaching activities. In addition to coursework, degree
candidates are required to complete a three-month practicum.
Successful completion of undergraduate coursework affords students
an opportunity to continue their environmental sciences studies with
a two-year graduate degree and/or a Masters.
