School of Specialization

Legal Professions

The Law School at the University of Insubria joins with the School of Specialization for the Legal Professions constituted by the Faculty of Law at the University of Milan.

The two-year degree ensures a command of methods, general contents and specific expertise that will be used within a professional practice. Students have to pass successfully a specific admission test. The courses required for the Specialization Diplomas provide students with the concepts and skills required by specific professional activities. During the first year, courses are taken in subjects such as Civil Law, Criminal Law, European Union Law. In the second year, courses are divided in two differentiated strands, in order to prepare lawyers and notarial competitions.
