Established in 1993 at the University of Insubria, the Graduate School in Internal Medicine is designed to train medical doctors in the pathophysiology, diagnosis and treatment of the diseases in the field of Internal Medicine.
The five-year program provides an extensive knowledge of anatomy, physiology and pathology and diseases of the various organs, including the heart, vessels, blood, lungs, bones, gastrointestinal tract, and kidneys. The program offers a dual emphasis on advanced scientific knowledge and experience in the clinical practice, diagnosis and management of diseases.
