The multi-disciplinary subject of the program applies to various fields (businesses and institutions, legislation, organization and protection of the interests of groups and categories, such as, for example, consumers, investors and employees).
In the light of the renewed market context in which businesses operate and develop commercial and professional relationships, professional ethics issues and corporate social responsibility assume a very high significance.
From this grows the necessity to identify and educate a new professional practitioner who is able to satisfy the needs coming from different corporate functions and to undertake a pro-active role in developing the rules for management to be adopted at all the corporate levels – either economic, social and/or environmental –linked to economic activities.
The above mentioned dimensions, principally oriented to economic and managerial aspects, go together with the legislative one, as far as it concerns the top management’s responsibility, aimed to promote the application and respect for deontological principles.
GOALS: The program aims to train professionals, who will be able to work in profit, non-profit and public institutions, supplying them with tools, technical and methodological knowledge in order to help them deal with the corporation’s problems with full respect for the rules of ethical and social responsibility.
To this purpose, the Masters Program supplies first level graduates with interdisciplinary knowledge and competency focused on: social and environmental responsibility and effects on the economic system and corporate institutions, professional deontology and corporate ethics, corporate and public administration’s professional responsibility, criteria and patterns for the drawing up of a balance sheet.
